Patient Satisfaction
Summary of Results - (Full details below):

Patient satisfaction with the Whiteley Clinic has been stable since 2002. There are very high levels of satisfaction with our clinical consultations, investigations, treatments and information provision.
No significant differences in patient satisfaction have been found regarding clinical members, administration, investigation or any other specific area of clinic activity for the last 3 years.

Our biggest challenges this year have been:
  • our first rebuild in early 2005, when we built our new local anaesthetic operating theatre
  • managing an increasing work-load both in terms of an increasing number of patients coming to us, and more clinical activity in our clinic through the new local anaesthetic operating theatre for our "walk-in, walk-out" treatments
  • our second rebuild which started end of 2005 and will be completed April 2006.
  • The local anaesthetic vein service has been a great success. We have re-structured our administration to cope with the new workload and are updating our telephone system to cope with the huge volume of calls that we receive.
