Patient satisfaction with the Whiteley Clinic is stable over the three years and continues to be high with over 98.5% overall score of "Good" or better in all aspects of clinical activity.
No significant differences in patient satisfaction have been found regarding clinical members, administration, investigation or any other specific area of clinic activity for the last 36 months.

In 2005, all returned patient satisfaction sheets scored the surgeons, the administration and the investigations as "good" or better.
