Peter Samek has graduated from the University of Kosice, Slovakia, where he also gained his qualifications in General and Vascular Surgery and his PhD.

The development of his research interest was influenced by a  3-year  study stay in Japan.

Peter was  working temporarily on a vascular consultant post in the NHS in 2006/2007  and  has joined the Clinic in January 2008.
