Susanna has always been interested in health practice, so after three children, she qualified at night school, so she could continue with a career as well as caring for the children. Firstly starting with Swedish Massage at Cirencester College, then Aromatherapy at GLOCAT Uni for 2 years. After several years with Electro Magnetic Stimulation specialising in arthritis and back pain, then onto Lymphatic Management with the Dr. Vodder Schule, which is based in Austria.
After qualifying she was asked by NHS St Georges, London to work in Dermatology specialising in Lymphatics. After gaining much experience in all levels, she moved out into the private sector, where she currently runs two small clinics and joined The Whiteley Clinic based in Bristol in 2015.
She works closely with the vascular team, specialising in the treatment of venous ulcers and lymphoedema. Susanna offers a range of treatments to support the management of primary and secondary lymphoedema, including treatment of those patients suffering from cellulitis and post-surgery swelling.
Susanna runs charitable events through-out the year, swims, walks Bella her Labrador across a common where she lives and frequently goes back to her previous occupation as a professional chef entertaining friends for supper.
